Mr. Zhao graduated from Henan University with a major in Chemical Engineering and is a member of the National Surge Arrester Standardization Technical Committee of China. He has been engaged in research on nonlinear metal oxide resistors and metal oxide surge arresters since 1992 and has worked at major international suppliers have over 30 years of technical experience. He presided over the drafting of the Chinese national standard GB/T34869-2017 and has published over 30 professional papers, receiving multiple provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards.
