Mr. Rubio is an Electrical Engineer graduated from the National Technological University (UTN) in Argentina, with over 13 years of experience in high voltage transmission projects at 132 kV and 220 kV. In his current position, he oversees feasibility studies, tender evaluations, planning, supervision, and closure of large-scale projects. He has headed the execution of multiple key projects, including high voltage cable systems to connect urban and suburban substations, emergency repairs, and reconfiguration of critical links in the transmission network. His approach focuses on delivering efficient and sustainable technical solutions by optimizing every stage of the construction process in highly complex projects.
