Mr. Porras graduated from the National University of Colombia in 1996 and earned his Master’s Degree in Engineering in 2015. He currently works on the planning and evaluation of the maintenance of the electrical assets of ISA INTERCHILE and ISA BOLIVIA. For 25 years he has been working on improvements in the life cycle at ISA and of its subsidiary assets, especially transmission lines. For 29 years he has been part of the lightning parameter research team in Colombia and he is an expert in grounding systems. He has also participated in the creation and updating of technical regulations for electrical installations (RETIE)
