Mr. Moreno is an electrical engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering in Peru, with a Master’s Degree in Maintenance Engineering, a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in PMI. He served as General Manager of ISA-PDI from 2013 to 2020, having executed the construction of more than 40 220 kV and 500 kV projects in the ISA-Peru Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Planning and Execution of Maintenance of 220/500 kV Transmission Lines and Substations. He is a pioneer in Peru in the application of Silicone Coatings in substations and transmission lines located in areas of severe environmental contamination.
