Evolution of Overhead Line Insulators at Danish TSO (in English)

Mr. Koed Kyhl earned a B.Sc in Electrical Power Engineering from Aarhus University in Denmark and has been active in the power utility industry for 11 years. During 9 of those years, he has worked at Danish TSO, Energinet, focusing on 132/150 kV and 400 kV voltage classes. This role enabled him to be involved in all processes of OHL design and construction, from technology qualification, design and procurement to installation work and supervision. He has also participated in writing EN50341-2-5 (NNA) for Denmark through the Danish Standards Work Group S-511.
