Biography
Mr. González has a degree in business administration from the Andrés Bello University of Chile. He is the founder of the NTI Group, a company specialized in the application, marketing and manufacturing of products and services for the maintenance of assets of mining, electrical and industrial companies. For 11 years he has worked as Commercial and New Business Manager at Grupo NTI, achieving important successes in Chile, such as: He developed the first RTV silicone application plant for electrical insulators; In 2023 he installs a second plant in northern Chile, in which coatings are applied with a dipping and automated system; carried out the first application of RTV Silicone in electrical substations in Chile. He is a speaker at electrical maintenance seminars of the main unions, pointing out the performance of coatings. Since 2023, he has led the management of new projects. In 2024 he assumed the commercial leadership of the first leakage current pollution sensor in Chile in conjunction with the company ROVISTECH. He is affiliated with the Chilean chamber of construction, commerce, the coatings and waterproofing association and the industrial association of northern Chile, he has extensive experience in the electrical, mining, pulp and industrial sector in Chile, leading the start-up and asset management of the main companies nationwide.
