Mr. Giraudet received a Dipl.-Ing. Degree in Industrial and Electrical Engineering from CESI in Lyon, France in 2010. He joined Siemens, Germany as Area Sales Manager for surge arresters applications and subsequently took on additional responsibilities in business development of overhead line solutions that include application of transmission line arresters as well as polymeric insulators. After working with Tridelta Meidensha in Germany as a Manager for Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, he founded his own consultancy, Metarresters, which provides services and solutions in the fields of lightning performance, surge arrester technology, and insulation coordination/transient studies.
