Dr. Klingberg studied Chemistry earning an M. S. degree from the University of Saarland in Saarbrücken, Germany, and a doctorate degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Since 1996, he has been employed by Wacker Chemical, specializing in application engineering in the wire & cable industry and in the T&D industry.
