Mr. Bhutto is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with 30+ years’ experience in the power sector with both national and international electric utilities. Currently heading the Transmission Maintenance Department of K-Electric, comprising overhead as well as underground transmission lines, he has previously served the National Grid in Saudi Arabia as a Transmission Specialist in the Asset Maintenance Department. He has also worked with various international companies engaged in construction of 500/220/132 kV transmission line projects. Proficient in technical evaluation of transmission systems, he is an expert in developing and implementing processes to improve performance and streamline operations.
