Mr. Bernal is a graduate of the Technological University of Panama, with a postgraduate degree in Senior Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Formulation and Evaluation, both from the Universidad Panamericana. He has thirty-nine years of professional experience, during which he has held the positions of President, Deputy General Manager and Head of Substation Line Projects, Electrical Area Manager and Technical Representative, among others. He has taken a large number of specialized courses and seminars on aspects similar and related to the activity he carries out. He has published several personal technical works and has held positions in various associations and commissions related to the industry.
