Biography

Mr. De Gracia graduated from the Technological University of Panama, has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Interamerican University of Panama and is currently pursuing a PhD in Renewable Energy. He is President of Solar Solutions Suppliers and Technical Advisor to the Istmo Solar Energy Group. He has more than 8 years of experience in the design and engineering of photovoltaic generation projects, for a total of approximately 200 MW installed in various provinces of the country. He is currently the director of the College of Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineers of the Panamanian Society of Engineers and Architects.
